Prepayment Policy
- To secure a reservation, guests are kindly requested to make a prepayment of 50% of the total booking amount, at the time of booking, remaining balance is charged by credit card 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- Prepayment refunds are in accordance to our cancellation policy and refund policy. Please review for further details.
Cancellation Policy
- Guests must notify us of any cancellations at least 7 days prior to the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
- In the event of a cancellation received within 6 days or less, before the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show by a guest, the refund will be forfeited.

- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation request.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Refund Exceptions
- Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of the stay due to late check-ins or early departures.
- In the rarity of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the refund will be considered.
House Rules
- Check in time will be from 14:00 to 18:00, you will need to inform the property in advance what time you’ll arrive.
- Check out time will be from 10:00 to 11:00.
- Child policies
- Children of any age are welcome.
- Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
